Attending exhibition itself is a kind of advertisement. In order to make full use of the precious exhibition time, exhibitors must know exactly how to publicize their products.

Publicize through pictures and handbooks: Viewers can get some other information about a product by looking at pictures and reading handbooks. In addition, manufacturers can provide purchasers with CDs, price lists and so on. Business cards of enterprises and distributors are also necessary.

Publicize through advertisement: Advertisement plays an important role in the process of the whole exhibition. Exhibitors should publish advertisement and special reports about their products in specific magazines and exhibition journals. Enterprises had better send the specific magazines to their clients or potential clients and attach a letter reminding them that these products will be displayed on the exhibition. It will be better if exhibitors can send exhibition tickets or VIP cards with their booth numbers since viewers will feel pretty honored to attend the exhibition.

Publicize through networks: Exhibitors can create their own web pages with several interlinkages to publicize their products on the internet. Technical issues can also be discussed on the internet with clients.

As long as exhibitors carry out the above preparatory work corresponding to their own conditions, they will surely achieve remarkable successes on national or international exhibitions.
